I want to thank you for the quick response. Robert showed up this morning and we checked a few things and he resolved the problem in no time. He is very knowledgeable, and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their water softener!!!

I contacted Culligan about clearing up the hard water issues I’ve dealt with for over twenty years. They sent Rick Elie out, and it could not have been a better experience. He tested our water, confirmed my suspicions, and developed a plan to successfully improve our water issues. Rick bent over backwards to help us get the systems we needed in place for both clean air and water.

Christian’s service was excellent, especially today! We both had Covid and Kaye was happy to carry the 10 bottles of water into the garage for us and said he would pray for us. It’s clear how compassionate and service oriented he and the company is. We use Culligan for our business, home, and daughter’s home and would recommend Culligan of Springfield to all!

Just had a new HE water softener installed and our water definitely is a significant change from what we were accustomed to. Let’s talk about Rick Elie with Culligan Water of Springfield! What a chipper and courteous man to start off. Despite having a mask on the entire time it was very easy to see the smile in his eyes. Rick was very respectful in our home, even the cat loved him! It is not every day that someone needs an entire new water softener and he was incredibly considerate to help out with pricing. He was very resourceful, knowing all the answers to each question we had. Not only that but he reassured us over and again that we could call him at anytime we needed. Overall the service was great and we would not hesitate to do it again as long as we have him helping us! If anyone would deserve a raise it’s Rick Elie!

I just wanted to call in and give you high praise and a rating of five stars. Armando did a fantastic job in resolving my rotten egg smell with your HE Softener Cleer. He installed a empty housing so that he could chlorinate my lines and hot water heater which immediately eliminated the “smell”. Hew took the time to explain the system and make sure the area was cleaner than when he walked in. If you have well water, this is the company that you need to call!

Robert M and Robert N installed a rental Medalist Water Softener and a AC 30 Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. They were friendly, polite and very neat in appearance. Now I have soft water and great drinking water. No more lugging home gallons of water from the grocery store. My old water softener went out and I just had to replace it! The rental was a great option, if it is not working, I just make a phone call and don’t have to go down to the basement to see what the problem is.

Will highly recommend. They have solved my Lyme problem with their softener system and thanks to their reverse osmosis system we no longer have to buy spring water for drinking. Really appreciated our sales man Rick Elie. Answered all question with full knowledge and and even checked on things the day of install. From the first call Culligan Water of Springfield was professional. We had an older system we had moved with us from Kansas City and installed downstairs that I now wanted to price out having them move upstairs or price out a unit for upstairs. Rick looked and said the old system needed a new tank but that the whole system had a lifetime warranty. He priced out the tank and the install. He then found out they don’t make the tanks anymore so we ended up with a new unit upstairs for just the install fee (not the newest units available but it still awesome). They even hooked it into the upstairs and downstairs refrigerators while they were there. Both Rick and the installer were professional and easy to work with. Thanks, guys!

We purchased a campground last summer. The water was so hard the shower heads in the public shower house stopped working because of calcium deposits. In a matter of days Rick Elie came out and tested the water. We had 3 buildings that had old water softeners. He confirmed none of them were working and the water was actually worse than I thought. He quickly emailed me with some options and had new water softeners installed. I am very pleased with the results. Rick is very knowledgeable and did everything he said he was going to do. I feel like Rick saved us a lot of money and headache replacing washing machines, dishwashers, water lines etc……. We are Culligan customers from now on.

Thank you to you and the team for getting to the bottom of things. As I understood it, the canister filter was overly restricting the flow, or at least not a match considering all the elbows. The difference after the fact was noticeable and Amanda is happy, so I’m happy. “Happy wife, happy life”, right?
